At ForuSolar, we operate a B2B model. All sales are based on mutually agreed commercial contracts. Please read the following policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during shipment, or does not match the agreed specifications.
- All return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition, unless defective.
2. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded according to the agreed contract terms.
- Shipping costs for returning defective products may be reimbursed at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available for products damaged due to improper use or handling by the buyer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products, made-to-order items, or products manufactured according to buyer specifications cannot be returned.
4. Procedure
- Contact us at Michael@forulift.com with details of the issue and supporting evidence (photos, delivery notes, etc.).
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund according to the agreed terms.
