All sales are based on mutually agreed commercial contracts. Please read the following policy carefully:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eligibility for Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns are accepted <strong>only if the product is defective, damaged during shipment, or does not match the agreed specifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All return requests must be submitted in writing within <strong>7 business days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products must be in their original packaging and condition, unless defective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved returns will be refunded according to the agreed contract terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs for returning defective products may be reimbursed at our discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are not available for products damaged due to improper use or handling by the buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customized products, made-to-order items, or products manufactured according to buyer specifications <strong>cannot be returned<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us at <strong><a>Michael@forulift.com<\/a><\/strong> with details of the issue and supporting evidence (photos, delivery notes, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund according to the agreed terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
